Santo’s story began in Palermo, Sicily, in the charming town of Villabate. By the age of 10, he was already making pizza and cooking pasta in his family’s restaurant. His culinary journey continued through Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Jersey, shaping his passion and skills along the way.
As a self-taught, authentic Italian chef, Santo has crafted many of his own recipes over the years. He makes his bread, sauces, and fresh mozzarella from scratch every day, along with homemade soups. Even the toughest critics are won over by his signature pasta fagioli. Santo’s commitment to using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients is his trademark. When you see his name, you know it stands for “real food made right.”
Our pizzas are baked in a wood-fired oven for that perfect thin and crispy crust. We take pride in using the finest ingredients to create truly authentic Italian food.
