Santo was originally born in Palermo, Sicily, in a little town called Villabate, where it all began. By the age of 10, he was already making pizza & cooking pasta within the family-owned business. His long line of business was developed in Brooklyn, Staten Island & Jersey.
Over the years santo, as a self-taught authentic Italian chef, has developed many of his own recipes. He always makes his bread, sauces & fresh mozzarella everyday along with his homemade soups. The pasta fagioli recipe will have any skeptic hooked with just one bite. His passion for cooking & having only the freshest, best quality foods is santo’s trademark. When you see the name, you will know what quality is all about; “real food made right”.
The pizzas are cooked in brick oven pizza or regular oven pizza; we make sure that it comes out thin and crispy. We use freshest ingredients to create our authentic Italian food.
We thank all our customers for the many years of support. We feature an early bird special menu every day 3-6 pm. We feature a happy hour’s menu from Monday to Friday 4-7 pm (liquor, beer, wine, and appetizers). We host wonderful entertainment on our outdoor tiki patio (karaoke every Thursdays, band music every Tuesdays, and piano player every Saturdays). And don’t think we forgot about you kids. We have a menu for you too!!! Kids eat for free every Sundays.
